Put God back in school!
Why are there so many mass school murders today?
It was not always this way.
The Supreme Court of the United States apparently has the mindset that they are also supreme to The Almighty. So many of their decisions have been directly opposite to the teaching of God. They need to staple Leviticus 20 to the doors of the Supreme Court. This supremacy started last century but picked up steam in some early ‘60s and ‘70’s rulings. That set the foundation for the de-Christianization of the USA. The devil had a plan.
What will SCOTUS do next that ticks God off? How next, will SCOTUS kick Him in the face? Man has done this before, in the days of Noah. If not for Noah and his family, there would be no school massacres because there would be no mankind. How many more of our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren have to be slaughtered on the Alter of the Supreme Court?
Prior to 1963, school systems in the United States were the best in the world; and products from China fell apart in a week. According to polls of the day, college students in the US were the brightest and politest in the world. Colleges were the envy of the International Community which was plain to see by all the foreign students coming to America. Elementary school students studied reading, writing, and arithmetic and evolved into some of the world’s most brilliant minds. Then America lost its focus.
The Founders believed that Christianity formed the basis and foundation of the new United States. A mere 240 years later, God was out of the public square and the school system, replaced with alternate lifestyles.
How has that worked for the world, as we continue to follow once-Christian Europe into the progressive cesspool?
The first school slaughter, before the country was a country, happened on April 26, 1764. A schoolteacher, Enoch Brown, and his small school classroom of 11 children were stabbed, scalped, and left for dead.
One student survived.
A Massacre Unmatched
The ground is holy where they fell
And where their mingled ashes lie,
Ye Christian people mark it well
With granite column strong and high;
And cherish well, forevermore,
The storied wealth of early years,
The sacred legacies of yore
The toils and trials of pioneers.
—The Massacre of Schoolmaster Enoch Brown and Ten Scholars, Cyrus Cort, 1902
Enoch Brown was a schoolmaster of a tiny Christian school. On this day, he was there with eleven children. Four Lenape Indians from what is now New Jersey and Delaware attacked the school, clubbed Enoch Brown in the head after he pleaded for the children, and scalped him. The eleven students were stabbed and scalped too; but one survived, Archie McCullough.
To qualify as a mass killing, according to the federal government, four or more must be killed in a single incident.
There were no other incidents of the slaughter of school children until a deranged man, after receiving a notice of foreclosure on his farm, killed his wife, and 2 horses and blew up a school full of staff and children. It was and still is, the largest mass-killing of children in U.S. history.
Bath was a small town in Michigan, with a population of about 300. The new Bath Consolidated School had 314 students that day, May 18, 1927. It was the last day of school when, at 8:45 AM, the explosion that rocked the school was heard from miles away. Monty Ellsworth, a local writer, described the aftermath in a book, The Bath School Disaster, and said this:
“It is a miracle that many parents didn’t lose their minds before the task of getting their children out of the ruins was completed." -Monty Ellsworth
Prior to January 1, 1963, there were no other mass school shootings or killings of any kind. Now there seems to be a new one every week or two.
What happened?
On June 25, 1962, the U.S. Supreme Court declared prayer in public schools unconstitutional.
1963 is the year that changed the world. God was kicked out of school. No more Manger Scenes at City Hall during Christmas.
A year later, on May 7, 1963, Ralph Best pulled out a rifle and started shooting at a school playground, injuring 6 but no fatalities. It was only a precursor. Ralph Best walked free.
The world changed quickly.
From a tower at the University of Texas, 1966, Charles Whitman killed 15 people and wounded 31, the third mass school killing since 1764, a span of 202 years. Since the University of Texas massacre, there have been 20 mass school murder sprees.
From 1764 to 1966, 11 people were killed, a School Master and 10 students, a span of 202 years.
Since 1966, a span of only 54 years, more than 300 children and college students, teachers, and professors, have been murdered.
What happened?
The year is 1918 and WWI has ended after four years of the most violent acts known to man. The casualties around the world stood at 8,500,000 dead, and US soldiers killed stood at 116,000. But there was a much deadlier danger lurking, the Spanish Flu.
Before the war ended in 1918, the Spanish flu virus raised its evil head and killed 50,000,000 people around the world, one-fifth of the world population, spread from port to port by soldiers. More than 600,000 were killed in the United States, where the disease began to spread.
Many people in the U.S. bonded closer to God for letting “the war-to-end-all-wars,” end. Many did not.
The Swinging Twenties brought our first encounter with sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll on a mass scale, only the music was Big Band and the dance was The Charleston. Cocaine and marijuana were legal; alcohol was not. The Great Depression pretty much ended the Swinging Twenties.
December 1941, World War II became our war; and even more were killed. By the time WWII ended, it became “the war-to-end-all-wars.” This time the nation did repent, went to church, took the children to church, Bible was read every day in the classroom, people went out of their way to help others and worshiped God in the schoolhouse and City Hall, adorned at Christmas with Baby Jesus in the manger and Jesus and Moses movies in the auditorium. Great things began to happen quickly for the U.S. and much of Europe.
In 1960, the high school students studied the “3Rs,” (Reading, Riting and ‘Rythmetic) and were the brightest students in the world, according to international polls, holding the most educated spot year after year. According to polls at the time, 98% of Americans claimed to be Christian or Jewish in 1960.
In 1962, the case of Engel v. Vitale came before the Supreme Court, with the Engel side suing over a prayer that was recited each day at school, written by the School Board, along with The Pledge of Allegiance:
“Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers, and our country. Amen.”
A SINGLE parent found the prayer awful and sued. And won the suit.
The Supreme Court banned the reading of prayers that were written by the school board. In 1963, a prayer of any sort was banned, including on the football field.
How did this work out?
*Note: This may not be all incidents and does not include overall mass shootings outside of schools.

This should be clear to anyone, but it is not. Most people under 50 years of age think the God of Abraham is a myth and should be out of the school and public arena citing the “separation clause” that is not in the Constitution.
It was the Founders of this so-called “clause” who PUT the Bible in the schoolhouses and colleges.
The divorce rate in 1960 was less than 5%. Now it approaches 50%. The percentage of those professing belief in the God of Abraham was 98%. Now, 56% believe in the God of the Bible, and dwindling fast. It’s called programming, and the Department of Education shares a lot of the blame.
God is booted out of school and the public square in 1963: JFK is assassinated 2 months later; 1965 brings the Sexual Revolution and new sexually transmitted diseases; 1967 brings the Vietnam Conflict with 50,000 soldiers killed; 1968 Bobby Kennedy is assassinated, and the first Kennedy to support a pro-abortion candidate; 1973 brings legal abortion of children; 1974 brings Affirmative Action; 1980 brings the Gay Plague, later renamed HIV AIDS, now more than 25,000,000 dead; 1986, homosexuality becomes “legal” in most states and churches begin accepting the lifestyle; 2001, the 9/11 tragedy; 2004, Indonesian Tsunami kills 240,000; 2005 brings the “Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster;” 2010 Haiti earthquake, 300,000 dead; 2015 brings men marrying men; 2018 brings push to legalize pedophilia. 2019 brings riots to the neighborhoods and burning buildings. Notice the trend?
If a driver is going 140 miles per hour in a Corvette, crosses the line, and causes the death of several people… Do we ban Corvettes?
The problem is not gun ownership. The problem is our hearts. SCOTUS tried to control (and eliminate) GOD when He is in charge. The first couple of Commandments explains how truly important He is and always has been. Hopefully, this country will do what Nineveh did and repent, but that seems unlikely.
Please check out The End Series, a thriller and God’s great love story with mankind until the end of things as we know it.
One of the primary advantages of assignment writing is the opportunity it provides for students to deepen their subject knowledge.
